Our influencer relations model enables us to reach the stakeholders who drive change. JPA is a highly-knowledgeable, experienced and talented group of health communications experts who understand the value of influencer relations, as well as the science behind the health clients we service.

Since our appointment we have provided full outsourced accounting support. We enter all their purchase, sales and bank information into our Sage system and reconcile the balance sheet on a monthly basis. From this we provide detailed management accounts as required by the US Head Office. We also provide full accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow management functions along with a monthly payroll service.

We provide all of this from our office. By outsourcing to F2O, JPA Europe Limited have saved precious space in their office, whilst maintaining management control.

They receive all their reports on a timely basis and can direct F2O on matters like cash collections and weekly purchase payments, prioritising certain key suppliers and directing F2O to contact customers in different ways.
